We Stand For

 Constitutionally Limited Government, Fiscal

 Responsibility, & Free Markets!

Limited and Transparent Government - As our founding fathers recognized, restraint of government is necessary to protect the liberties of the people.

Fiscal Responsibility - Government at all levels must learn to live within its means. To saddle future generations with the crushing burden of our excess spending is unconscionable.

Personal Responsibility - Liberty is unsustainable without personal responsibility. Each citizen must take responsibility for the consequences of his or her own actions while respecting the rights and dignity of others.

The Rule of Law - Our Constitution is the highest man-made law governing our nation. Our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are God-given and protected by our Constitution. The rule of law must be consistent, independent and uniform in its application. This is essential to a free and prosperous society.

National Sovereignty - We must maintain a strong national defense, effective security for our borders and sole control over our land and our laws, never subordinating these to foreign entities or governments.

State Sovereignty - The tenth amendment was adopted to emphasize that the states are individual and unique sovereignties. States are empowered in all areas not specifically given to the federal government by the Constitution. With this in mind, any federal attempt to legislate beyond the Constitutional authority specified to Congress or the President is a usurpation of state sovereignty and rendered unconstitutional.

Individual Sovereignty - The government must respect the rights and property of its citizens. It is not the role of government to reduce the Constitutional protections or entitlements or to redistribute the legitimate wealth of its citizenry.
